The Russians are Coming...and Learning!

Master Alex Laikov

  It is always a pleasure when an experienced martial artist joins MACKO Kempo-jitsu but in the case of Alex Laikov, it is also proof that true masters never stop learning.

  Alex has 26 years of experience in the martial arts, 17 of them as an instructor. He holds a 6th Dan in Kakuto Jujitsu Daido-Ryu, is a 5th dan instructor in Special Forces Combat Karate, an Anti-Terrorist instructor as well as a Mixed Martial Artist with Vale-Tudo and Shoot-fighting experience.

  This training is put to good use as an instructor in hand to hand and knife fighting combat for the Home Ministry Russian Federation and the Defense Ministry Russian Federation. As if this were not enough of a work load, he is also a National Bodyguards Association adviser.and was 1999 President of the Russian Combat Sambo Club.
