On Saturday, May 4, 2002, at an ATJA seminar at Shodokan Dojo in Springfield MA., Ken Melbourne was appointed as Vice President of the North American Grandmasters Council by it's President, Grandmaster Winchell P C Woo of Chicopee, MA.Melbourne Sensei has been an active member of several National and International Martial Arts organizations over the years and has served on many of the Board of Directors.
