United Brotherhood of Chinese Martial Artists Acknowledges GM Melbourne
On February 2, 2004, GM Winchell P.C. Woo, President of the United Brotherhood of Chinese Martial Artists awarded GM Kenneth Melbourne a Citation acknowledging his study and mastery of the discipline of Chin-na, the Art of Seizing.
Chin-na involves Locking an attacker, often with the use of Vital Pressure Points, and controlling him. This discipline is found at higher levels of many Chinese arts including Shaolin Kung Fu and the Three Internal Arts.
